Marketplace fulfillment in Moscow

We receive and store goods, pick orders, pack and label them for marketplaces. We prepare FBS orders and FBO shipments for Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market and other platforms.

What Shipperty fulfillment includes

Use our full warehouse service or select individual operations. We agree on the scope of work, packaging materials and timing before your goods arrive.

• Receiving and inventory. We receive goods, count them and sort by SKU. Stock balances are available in your customer account.
• Storage. Goods used for order picking are stored on shelves. Batches that do not need picking can be stored on pallets.
• Order picking. We select goods according to your instructions and assemble individual orders or shipment batches.
• Packing. Bags, cardboard packaging, stretch wrap, shrink wrap and bubble wrap are available according to the goods and agreed requirements.
• Labeling. We apply labels to goods, orders and boxes using the data you provide. Additional labels and repacking are available as separate operations.
• Product checks. Quantity, condition or functionality checks can be arranged before dispatch.

Preparing FBS orders and FBO shipments

FBS: preparing individual orders

Goods stay at the seller’s or fulfillment operator’s warehouse. We pick and pack orders according to your requests, apply the required labels and prepare them for a marketplace drop-off point or sorting center.

FBO: preparing a marketplace warehouse shipment

We assemble a batch for storage at the marketplace warehouse, pack and label goods and boxes, and prepare the shipment in the agreed format.

Packaging and labeling requirements depend on the platform and product category. We agree on these with you before starting. After preparation, we can arrange delivery of FBS orders and FBO shipments to marketplaces.

How to start using our warehouse

1. Provide product details. Tell us the number of SKUs, batch volume, product dimensions, marketplaces and whether you use FBS or FBO.
2. Agree on work and pricing. We define receiving, storage, materials, labeling requirements and preparation timing.
3. Send goods to the warehouse. We arrange the arrival and receive the batch for storage or shipment preparation.
4. Send picking requests. We assemble your orders or shipment and prepare them for delivery.

Fulfillment pricing

The price depends on product quantity and volume, storage time, items per order, packaging, labeling and additional operations. Receiving, storage and processing follow our current warehouse and fulfillment rates. Delivery is calculated separately using marketplace delivery rates.

For a quote, prepare a product list, batch volume, expected order count and platform requirements. If you only need packing and labeling for a ready batch, we can agree on those operations.

Fulfillment center in Moscow

The Shipperty warehouse is located at 10 Avtomobilny Proezd, building 5, Moscow, warehouse unit 48. It is a warm, dry and guarded facility. See warehouse contacts and directions.

We also handle online store orders. After picking, they can be handed over to courier delivery or collected through customer pickup.
