Fulfillment services are a complete solution for processing orders for online stores: receiving and storing goods in the warehouse, picking items for incoming orders and assembling them based on your requests, packaging, and functionality checks before shipping.

WAREHOUSING
Our warehouse is located in Moscow, at Avtomobilny Proezd, 10, building 5, storage unit №48 — a warm, dry, and secure facility. Goods are stored on racks for order assembly or on pallets if stored without additional picking.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
You can track your inventory in our online system via your Personal Account.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Order picking for online stores is completed within the day, and the orders are ready for delivery the next day.

ORDER PACKAGING AND LABELING
All orders at our warehouse are packed in polyethylene bags and labeled free of charge (you only pay for the packaging if you don’t provide your own bags or other materials).

ORDER DELIVERY
By storing your goods in our warehouse, you eliminate the need for daily transportation from your office. We take care of it for you!

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Packing orders in thermal film, stretch film, air bubble wrap, or cardboard boxes
• Pre-shipping quality checks of goods received from suppliers for functionality or damage

I would like to store my products at your warehouse. How should I assign SKUs correctly?
We recommend using simple SKUs consisting of 4–6 characters. For example: D-003, AD-105, etc. Each distinct product or product variant should have its own SKU. Please note that even products of the same type and brand must be assigned different SKUs if they differ in characteristics such as color, size, etc.

My goods occupy one pallet (1.2 cubic meters), but your warehouse is charging me for 2 cubic meters. Why?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pick orders directly from palletized storage. That’s why items are stored on shelves in a way that’s convenient for order fulfillment. You can always consult with our warehouse manager to find a more compact and efficient storage solution for your goods.

My supplier delivers goods in the morning. I’d like to be able to fulfill orders from that batch the same day.
The standard procedure for receiving goods at our warehouse takes one full business day (not including the day of delivery). If faster processing is required, we offer an express receiving service for an additional fee.

My product is fragile. If it breaks while stored in your warehouse, who is responsible?
We assume full financial responsibility for any goods accepted into our warehouse.
