Fulfillment costs in Moscow depend on stock volume, storage duration and the receiving, picking, packing and labeling operations you need. Below are Shipperty warehouse rates for preparing FBS orders and FBO shipments.
What determines fulfillment costs
- Receiving and unloading. The calculation depends on whether goods arrive as individual items, boxes or pallets. Standard and urgent receiving have separate rates.
- Storage. Pricing depends on volume and duration. The table includes daily or monthly rates per cubic meter and a monthly rate per full or partly occupied 0.25 m³ cell.
- Order or batch preparation. Choose the required sorting, picking, packing, labeling and additional operations. Each operation has its own billing unit.
Per-unit rates apply to the number of goods or objects processed by that operation. Picking depends on the number of items in the shipment. Packaging type, dimensions and whether materials are included in the operation price are agreed before work starts.
Delivery after preparation is calculated separately: marketplace order and shipment delivery rates.

Calculating FBS and FBO preparation
FBS: an individual order
We pick goods according to the seller’s request, then pack and label the order. The table has a base picking rate for up to three items and a surcharge for each item from the fourth onwards. For five items, this means base picking plus two surcharges; packing and labeling depend on the selected operations.
FBO: a batch of goods
We prepare goods, boxes and pallets for a marketplace warehouse shipment. A quote requires item and box counts, the selected packaging and labeling, and any additional work. Requirements depend on the platform and product category.

Is there a single fulfillment price per order?
The price depends on the work required. Receiving, storage, picking, packing and labeling have separate lines in the rate table. A quote requires quantities, storage duration, order contents and marketplace requirements.
How is picking an order with several items priced?
The table has a base rate for a shipment containing up to three items. Each item from the fourth onwards adds a surcharge. Packing, labeling and other selected operations use their respective rate table lines.
When is storage during preparation free?
The rate table provides free storage while goods are packed for marketplaces for up to five days plus one day for dispatch. Other storage durations and arrangements use the relevant warehouse rates.
Is marketplace delivery included in preparation costs?
Delivery is calculated separately under marketplace delivery rates. The warehouse table covers receiving, storage and goods processing; transport costs depend on the destination and cargo parameters.
