Service: “Online Store Operator”

If your online store doesn’t have a dedicated operator, or it’s no longer profitable to pay a full-time salary, and you’re tired of handling orders yourself — this service is for you.

Our staff member will:
1. Answer phone calls or respond to emails
2. Consult customers about the product based on your instructions
3. Inform customers about the manufacturer’s warranty terms
4. Accept the order and forward the details to the UniExpress delivery department

**Operator service rates (working hours 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday):**
1) Accepted and processed order — 200 RUB
2) Accepted and processed call (with consultation or transfer to your technical specialist, if no order is placed) — 30 RUB

**Operator service rates (working hours 9:00 to 21:00, 7 days a week):**
1) Accepted and processed order — 350 RUB
2) Accepted and processed call (with consultation or transfer to your technical specialist, if no order is placed) — 50 RUB

Minimum monthly charge: 1,500 RUB

**Discounts:**
Over 300 orders/month — 10% discount
Over 500 orders/month — 15% discount
Over 1,000 orders/month — 20% discount
