Terms of delivery for online stores in Moscow
- Cash handling – 1% of the receipt amount (+ insurance 0.5%).
- Cash on delivery – 1% of the order value.
- Card payment acceptance – 3% of the order value.
- Delivery – from 355 RUB within Moscow ring road (>3000 orders per month).
- We work 7 days a week! Weekend and holiday deliveries carry a 50% surcharge.
- Courier waiting time – 15 minutes. Refusal and return are available. Storage of undelivered shipments beyond 5 days costs 100 RUB per day.
- Email notification – FREE. SMS notification – 18 RUB.
- We bear 100% material responsibility.
