We prepare online store orders for shipping across Russia and hand them over to Russian Post or another agreed carrier. Shipperty receives parcels through its Moscow warehouse.
How to ship an order
- Submit a request. Provide the recipient’s address, order contents, weight and dimensions. We agree on the carrier, delivery method and route availability.
- Hand over a prepared parcel or request picking. Bring the order to the warehouse or ask us to assemble it from goods in storage.
- Agree on packaging and documents. We prepare the parcel, packaging and labeling to meet the selected carrier’s requirements.
- Carrier handoff. The prepared parcel is handed over to the agreed carrier for delivery to the recipient.
Preparation and shipping costs
Warehouse preparation and carrier delivery are charged separately. The total depends on packaging, weight, dimensions, the recipient’s address, the carrier and additional services such as insurance.
Your manager confirms timing, pricing and route availability before handoff. If goods are already stored at our warehouse, shipping can be combined with order picking and packing.
