Service description
Any cargo permitted for transportation within the Russian Federation, except for food products and goods requiring special temperature conditions, is accepted for delivery to WILDBERRIES marketplace warehouses.
DELIVERY TO WILDBERRIES ELEKTROSTAL IS CARRIED OUT ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS.
Currently, we can accept cargo for delivery to WILDBERRIES ranging from 1 box with dimensions not less than 40*40*60 cm up to 10 pallets, with a total weight of up to 2 tons. We can pick up the cargo for delivery to the marketplace warehouse from 450 rubles within the MKAD or accept it at our warehouse located at Avtomobilny proezd, building 10, structure 5.
Procedure for sending goods to the WILDBERRIES warehouse
1. Reserve a unloading date in the WILDBERRIES partner personal account.
2. Print out from the WILDBERRIES personal account (or send to our warehouse email sklad@shipperty.ru):
2.1 Barcodes for the boxes.
2.2 Shipping barcode (pass).
No other printed documents are required for Wildberries.
Barcodes must be affixed to the boxes.
3. Submit a delivery request in the Shipperty personal account for the WILDBERRIES terminal.
4. If delivering the cargo yourself, arrive at our warehouse at Avtomobilny proezd, building 10, structure 5 no later than 16:00 the day before delivery. Alternatively, make a request in the Shipperty personal account one day before the planned delivery date to arrange pickup by our driver.
What is included in the service and what is not
Included in the service:
Delivery from the Shipperty warehouse to the WILDBERRIES warehouse and transfer of cargo to WILDBERRIES representatives. Unloading may be carried out by Shipperty staff and is included in the price. Waiting at the warehouse for up to 60 minutes is also included in the price.
Not included in the service (optional, at additional cost):
* Pickup of cargo from the sender for subsequent delivery to the WILDBERRIES warehouse
* Printing and labeling of boxes with product labels
* Return delivery to our warehouse if WILDBERRIES rejects the cargo for any reason
* Pickup of returns/refusals from WILDBERRIES by our driver under your power of attorney
