Service description
All goods permitted for transportation within the Russian Federation are accepted for delivery to the Ozon marketplace warehouse in Tver, except food products and items requiring specific temperature conditions.
DELIVERIES TO TVER ARE MADE ON THURSDAYS
Currently, we accept shipments to the Ozon Tver warehouse starting from 1 box with minimum dimensions of 40×40×60 cm up to 10 pallets, with a total weight of up to 2 tons.
We can collect the shipment from within the MKAD starting at 450 RUB, or you can drop it off at our warehouse: Avtomobilny Proezd, 10 bldg. 5.
How to arrange delivery to the Ozon warehouse
1. Reserve an unloading slot in your Ozon account for Thursday between 9:00 and 18:00.
2. Print the unloading confirmation from your Ozon account (or email it to us at sklad@shipperty.ru) with our driver’s details.
3. Submit a delivery request in your Shipperty account for the Ozon terminal in Tver.
4. If you're delivering the cargo yourself, bring it to our warehouse by 16:00 on Wednesday at Avtomobilny Proezd, 10 bldg. 5. Or, no later than Tuesday, place a pickup request in your Shipperty account.
What is and isn't included in the service
Included:
Delivery from the Shipperty warehouse to the Ozon warehouse and handover of the goods to Ozon staff. Unloading is handled by Shipperty and included in the price. Waiting time up to 60 minutes is also included.
Not included (optional, extra cost):
* Pickup from sender for delivery to Ozon Tver
* Printing Ozon documents
* Printing and attaching labels to boxes
* Return delivery if Ozon rejects the shipment
* Pickup of returns/rejected items from Ozon by our driver
