Collecting orders from the online store
Our courier arrives at the end of the day to collect orders. We pick up more than 10 orders free of charge.
Handing the order for delivery or shipping across Russia
Next day we hand over your order to a courier for delivery or to a postal operator for shipping across Russia. We work with federal operators such as Russian Post, DPD, CDEK, IML and others.
Delivery to the customer
In Moscow and St. Petersburg delivery is performed the next day after order placement. Express same-day delivery is also possible. Delivery times across Russia depend on the chosen operator and the recipient city. During delivery the courier collects payment for the order from the customer.
Delivery report and money transfer
We report the delivered order and transfer money to the online store. If the purchase is refused, the item is returned to the sender.
