Photo guide: "How to get to the UniExpress office and the Nagatinsky pickup point"
It takes about 950 meters to walk from the Nagatinskaya metro station to our office. A fast-paced walk will take around 10 minutes, a moderate pace — about 15 minutes. Below is a very detailed photo guide with 20+ images showing the shortest way to our office. Please note: you can also take a longer (just over 1200 m) but simpler route via Nagatinskaya Street, then turn onto 1st Nagatinsky Drive and follow it to our office (see map).
Let’s begin. Just follow our red arrows :)
Arrive at the “Nagatinskaya” metro station. Take the exit from the last car if coming from the city center. The sign says “To Varshavskoe Hwy. To International Post Center” (that’s us ;) Go upstairs and through the turnstiles...
...exit through the glass doors and turn right.
Walk to the end of the corridor...
...turn left and go up to the street level.
You’ll see Varshavskoe Highway. Ahead lies the heart of our capital — Moscow (you can’t see the Kremlin from here though ;) On your right are tram tracks. Cross them and walk straight along the sidewalk by the highway (it slopes downhill). For reference, to your left across the street you’ll see the infamous MMM building.
Continue straight for about 150 meters. On your right a white concrete fence will appear. As soon as it ends, turn right into the side street.
Walk straight downhill for about 160–170 meters. On your right you’ll pass a small one-story brick gas substation (building 39G).
Once the concrete fence ends and a small iron fence of a car service area begins, continue straight until the road bends right. Follow the bend.
Continue straight downhill. You’re heading toward the Moskva River. Ahead, you’ll see an auto service center.
The service center specializes in BMWs, and you’ll see many parked cars from that brand.
About 20 meters before reaching the service gate, you’ll see stairs on your left.
There’s usually a sign there saying “Martial Arts Club No. 1.”
Carefully descend the stairs. Hold the handrail — the steps are steep and can be slippery in winter!
After the stairs, you’ll enter an archway between buildings. Go through and turn right.
You’re now on the grounds of our business center on Nagatinskaya Embankment. Head toward building 36, walking between buildings as shown in the photo.
Keep to the right around the building. On your right you’ll see a fitness club entrance and the “Martial Arts Club No. 1.”
Continue straight. On the corner of the building to your right is a car wash. Turn left toward the parking lot and barrier gate.
Pass the parking lot, go past the gate, and turn right onto the embankment. To your left across the parking area is the AvtoKEMP auto parts store.
You’re almost there! Only about 300 meters left. Walk straight along the embankment sidewalk...
...next to a brick fence.
To your right you’ll pass a vehicle inspection point, then a gas station marked PROPANE. Continue walking straight.
The next entrance after the gas station is our building. Turn right, walk past the barrier — our front porch is right ahead.
